When Bella was born she had 90% blood loss, her heart stopping for over 11 minutes. This caused severe damage in the motor and cognitive parts of her brain. Bella was diagnosed with Cerabal Palsy making the simplest of things hard for her to do, like sitting unaided, walking or crawling. Bella is non-verbal and is being taught to communicate through pictures.
